How much does Nella cost?
Everything is free for 60 days and no card is required. After that, Nella Lite stays free with no time limit. Nella Paid is £7.99 per month or £79 per year in the UK, A$14.99 or A$149 in Australia, and US$8.99 or US$89 elsewhere. You are billed in your accounting system's own currency, and you see the exact amount before entering a card. The price shown is the total you pay.
Do I need to enter card details to start the free trial?
No. The 60-day trial takes no card details, so nothing can be charged automatically and there is no subscription to remember to cancel.
What happens when the 60-day free trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically, because no card is held. You choose what happens next: move to a paid plan, stay on Nella Lite for free, or stop and delete your data.
What is the difference between Nella Lite and Nella Paid?
Nella Lite is a free finance snapshot with no time limit, answering from your live numbers on the channels you already use. Nella Paid is the full assistant, adding the monthly management pack, anomaly flags and your Nella Score.
Is there any tax to add to the price?
No. The price shown is the total you pay. Nella Finance AI Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.
What is Nella Act?
Nella Act is the next capability: Nella prepares work for your approval rather than only explaining the numbers. Drafts, categorisation proposals and reminders are raised for you to accept or reject, and nothing is written to your books without you. It is not yet released and its price has not been announced.
Can I get a qualified accountant as well?
Yes. Regulated accounting and advice is provided by AccTek Ltd, a separate practice, under its own engagement. Nella provides financial information and education, not accounting or tax advice. Ask AccTek for a quote scoped to your business.
Can Nella change anything in my accounting software?
No. Every plan reads your ledger only. Nella can never create, edit or delete anything in your books.
