How much does Nella cost?
Everything is free for 60 days and no card is required. After that, Nella Lite stays free with no time limit, Nella Paid is £7.99 per month or £79 per year, and Accounting and Advisory starts from £25 per month. All prices exclude VAT.
Do I need to enter card details to start the free trial?
No. The 60-day trial takes no card details, so nothing can be charged automatically and there is no subscription to remember to cancel.
What happens when the 60-day free trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically, because no card is held. You choose what happens next: move to a paid plan, stay on Nella Lite for free, or stop and delete your data.
What is the difference between Nella Lite and Nella Paid?
Nella Lite is a free finance snapshot with no time limit, answering from your live numbers on the channels you already use. Nella Paid is the full assistant, adding the monthly management pack, anomaly flags and your Nella Score.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT.
What is included in Accounting and Advisory?
Nella plus regulated accounting and advice from a chartered accountant at AccTek Ltd, scoped to your business for a fixed monthly fee starting from £25 per month. Nella provides financial information and education, not accounting or tax advice; the regulated work is carried out by AccTek Ltd under a separate engagement.
Can Nella change anything in my accounting software?
No. Every plan reads your ledger only. Nella can never create, edit or delete anything in your books.
