It also builds a monthly management pack, flags anomalies, and tracks your Nella Score, a finance health check. It is built by AccTek Ltd, a UK accountancy practice.
Does Nella give accounting or tax advice?
No. Nella provides financial information and education, not accounting or tax advice. Nella shows you the numbers; a qualified accountant at AccTek advises you on them. When a question needs professional judgement, Nella points you to the team.
Which accounting platforms does Nella connect to?
Nella connects to live Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and FreeAgent data. The connection is read-only: Nella can never create, edit or delete anything in your books. See Nella for Xero.
Is my financial data safe with Nella?
Yes. Access is read-only, data is encrypted in transit, your data is never used to train AI models, and you can delete your data at any time. Full details are on the Nella security and data page.
What happens after the 60-day free trial?
The 60-day trial includes everything and takes no card details, so nothing is charged automatically. When it ends, you choose what happens next — continue with a plan or simply stop — and you can delete your data at any time. See plans & pricing.

Who builds Nella?
Nella is developed by Nella Finance AI Ltd, a UK software company founded by Godwin Pinto, a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ICAI). Accounting, tax and advisory services are provided separately by AccTek Ltd — an ICPA member firm, AML-supervised by HMRC — under a separate engagement. The assistant is designed by people who prepare real accounts for real UK businesses.
How much does Nella cost?
Everything is free for 60 days with no card required. After that, Nella Lite stays free forever, Nella Paid starts at £7.99 per month plus VAT, and full Accounting & Advisory with a qualified accountant at AccTek Ltd is quoted separately. See plans & pricing.
