What Nella cannot do
Nella connects read-only. It cannot create, edit or delete anything in your books, reconcile the bank, file a return with HMRC or Companies House, or move money. It reports what your accounting software already holds.
Nella reads an accounting ledger. If your locum work is recorded in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or FreeAgent, Nella can answer from it. It does not read NHS payslips, pension records, ESR or agency portals, does not calculate your personal tax position, and does not assess your pension annual allowance. Those need a qualified accountant — Nella shows the figures behind the question.
