Craig advises the board. He has spent more than three decades helping founders, boards and executive teams build stronger organisations, across global enterprises, private equity-backed businesses and founder-led companies.
His focus areas are corporate governance, business transformation, operating model design and AI-enabled change — the last of which is why the advisory relationship exists. Building an AI product inside a regulated profession raises questions about where judgement should sit that are governance questions before they are engineering ones.
He works across Europe and Asia and is not client-facing; his role is with the business rather than with its customers.
