1. Who we are

Nella is provided by Nella Finance AI Ltd ("Nella", "we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17336736), registered office 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.

2. What Nella is (and isn't)

Nella provides financial information and education based on data you connect. Nella does not provide accounting, tax, investment or legal advice. Regulated accounting and advisory services, where taken, are provided separately by our partner practice, AccTek Ltd, under its own engagement terms.

3. Your account and data connections

You authorise Nella to access your accounting data in read-only mode via the providers you connect. You may disconnect at any time, which ends that access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it unlawfully, or use it to breach any applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Fees

Free and paid tiers are described on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed as set out at checkout; prices exclude VAT unless stated.

6. Liability

Nella is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on information provided by the service. Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period will not exceed the total fees you paid us in that period.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
